Amazon offers discounts on video games to Prime Members

Working on a couple longer stories for the next couple days, but here’s an interesting bit of information, as Amazon tries to get its claws deeper into the video game market. They announced today that Amazon Prime members ($99/yearly) would get a 20% discount on pre-orders and new releases. (New Releases being classified as within two weeks of initial release). I’d be worried if I was GameStop, less reason to do one of those midnight releases if the opposition is offering release day delivery at 20% off.
