Mass Effect Andromeda Lead Writer left BioWare.. in September
Ok, this is bizarre. Mass Effect: Andromeda’s lead writer, Chris Schlerf, has left BioWare to join Destiny creator Bungie. That, in itself was strange enough.
It’s the latest in a series of departures from the company in the middle of a huge project (Senior Director Chris Wynn left to join Daybreak Games (creators of H1Z1), and writer David Gaider left to join Beamdog (creator of the Baldur’s Gate Enhanced Edition remakes).
No, the strange part is that this departure happened almost SIX MONTHS ago, and just is being revealed now.
This actually makes me wonder about what’s going on behind the scenes at BioWare and makes me worry about the game, which is scheduled to release in 2016.
